Q: How do I place an order?
A: 1) Add the product(s) you want to order to your shopping cart;
2) Once, you are done, go to "Pickup Location & Fees" under Catalog, then select pickup location (please add up the total of your products the select the appropriate option - order $60 or more, pickup fees will be waived);
3) Proceed to checkout and don't forget to provide us with your mobile number when filling out personal information
4) Once order is placed, please EMT payment to doudou.vegetarianbasics@gmail.com
5) Once we have received the payment, we will reach out to notify and confirm pickup date and time. *if you haven't received order confirmation after 24 hours, please reach out to us immediately.
Q: Is there any other way to place an order? Do I have to place order online?
A: Yes, you can also place order by phone (Amy - (905) 805-4918 / Bunny (647) 668-9887), PM us via FB Messenger, LINE (ID: @doudouvege), Wechat (ID: doudouvege).
Q: Is there a deadline for placing order for each pickup location?
A: As we need at least 24 hours after receiving your order to prep and process, we will not be able to provide same day order and pickup for the following locations: Markham, North York, Richmond Hill, Oakville, and Mississauga.
Q: Do you provide shipping for the products?
A: As most of our products are frozen, we are unable to ship the products by courier/mail at this time. Hence, we have various pickup locations in Toronto and GTA. Please refer to "Pickup Location & Fees" for details.
Q: I am unable to pickup the order at the designated time for my location. Do you provide home delivery service?
A: Yes, we can provide delivery to your door with additional fees (*the pickup order fee promotion will not apply here). We generally provide delivery on the days we drop off orders at pickup locations. The fee will be calculated based on the distance from the nearest pickup location near you to your place (Your "nearest" pickup location will depend on the pickup locations that we do the drop offs that day). Delivery fee is calculated as follows: first 15km is $8, then for every additional 2km, $1 will be added. If under 2km, will be rounded up and charged as 2km. As the charge varies based on distance. Please contact us directly for a quote on the delivery charges before placing an order.
Q: Where do I meet you at the pickup location as it's mostly at a parking lot?
A: We will try to park around the same area as mentioned in the description for each pickup location. However, we will send an SMS of the exact spot (usually attach with a picture) with car description and license plate as an assurance. So, look out for stranger number.
